CDROM appears with yellow question mark in Device Manager

Fix missing CDROM Drive
1. Run Regedit
2. Modify the following the following registry key
3. HKLM/System/CurrentControlSet/Control/Class/4d36e965-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318
4. Delete LowerFilters and UpperFilters if it exists
